We focus on creating & modifying spaces so that you can live & work more fully, love the space you're in, & prosper in all you do: be it work or play. Natalia Dengra
Architectural Designer
Natalia is an Architectural Designer originally from Argentina and the mom of a little boy.She has +7 years of experience working on residential, commercial, education, and health care projects in Argentina, the UK, and USA.She is an enthusiast of passive-house and green building who loves pasta and making lists to keep everything organized. Her hobbies include traveling, photography, and doing art&craft projects with her son.
Krista Manna
CEO / Owner / Architect / Designer / Real Estate Investor
Krista is a DIY & crafting enthusiast mom of two. She has over 15 years of experience in the design industry including residential, corporate interiors, Tech, & retail. Included in her design career was helping to design for clients such as Google, Bank of America, TD Bank, Pearson Education, Drexel and Binghamton universies, etc. As a teenager, she would help her grandfather constructing houses in Delmar, NY, which is where she started her passion for home design. She was Cape & Plymouth Business's 2021 40 under 40 award recipient. Her hobbies include driving her kids around, DIY projects, knitting, crochet, crafting, gardening, artisanal soap making, homesteading & camping.

James Meinecke
Senior Architectural Designer
James has over 20 years of experience in developing, rehabilitating, renovating, preserving, and restoring historic structures. His love of old buildings began with the Mohasco Mill in Amsterdam NY, where he spent his high school years working for his grandfather to renovate and build out factory space.
After completing his Bachelor of Architecture degree in Rhode Island, he gained experience in both design and construction, then spent five years working on high profile historic district projects encompassing academic, religious, residential and commercial clients in Newport.
James then relocated from Massachusetts to work with Phillips Exeter Academy on large-scale campus historic restoration work. For the past two years, James has worked with Independent Design, developing the firm’s practice and planning divisions. He provides consulting and design services including project management, architectural design-build, accessibility solutions, historic preservation, casework, and life safety code support.
Kendra Preteroti
Senior Interior Designer
NCIDQ, LEED AP
Kendra has a vast experience in corporate interiors. Her eye for finishes and design aspects is impressive. She has worked with the owner of KR for over a decade. When not developing her incredible designs, she is running her two kids around to all their activities and working for the an online digital platform for furniture inspiration and sourcing Hello Raye managing strategic partnerships leads, information accuracy and market positioning. Her hobbies include reading and going on grand adventures with her husband, Anthony (director of Operations at R.W. Sullivan Engineering) and her kids.
Vitaliia Basteri
Architectural Designer
Living it up in North Carolina, this mom of one loves jumping in feet first to anything we throw at her. She has 3+ years of experience pulling together production documents for a range of project types such as Verizon, Boston Properties, Marsh McLennan, and residential design. Her hobbies include driving her kid around, sleeping, healthy living, hiking, baking & running her other business Taliias Treats.
Robert Manna
Technology Director
Some of us think this guy is the best Dad ever but we may be biased. Not only does he do an amazing job at his day job working for dRofus, he also is the executive committee member for North America for BILT, Chairman of the board for the Christian Children's Center, and our very own technology guru. His hobbies include skiing, swimming, biking, and cutting firewood to heat his home; whatever he can do to keep himself on the move.

Debi Gregor
Construction Manager / Handywoman / Flipper
Debi is a DIY extraordinaire mom of four. Debi has extensive experience in customer service, management and has an entrepreneurial can-do spirit that is contagious. She is the fastest & sassiest vinyl & click flooring installer we know. Her attention to details & innovative solutions is what makes her a great addition to our team. Her hobbies include driving her kids around, spending time on her deck in the sun, camping, DIY projects & running her other business at Athenas.
Melissa Strickland
Real Estate Broker / Appraiser / Flipper
Melissa has been in real estate since 2006. As a licensed real estate broker and appraiser she has been helping and advising her clients on how to invest in real estate for over a decade. She has flipped homes herself for the past three years. She loves helping people reach their real estate goals and is passionate about turning a neglected property into a beautiful space. She not only brings her knowledge of the real estate market to our team, she also has a very good eye for design & planning. She has lived on the South Shore her whole life and currently lives in Whitman with her husband and three children. She spends her free time spoiling her dog, camping, and doing DIY projects.
