Natalia Dengra

Project Manager / Architectural Designer

Natalia is an Architectural Designer originally from Argentina and the mom of a little boy.She has +7 years of experience working on residential, commercial, education, and health care projects in Argentina, the UK, and USA.She is an enthusiast of passive-house and green building who loves pasta and making lists to keep everything organized. Her hobbies include traveling, photography, and doing art&craft projects with her son.

Krista Manna

CEO / Owner / Architect / Designer / Real Estate Investor

Krista is a passionate designer, maker, and mom of two whose love for creating spaces began early—helping her grandfather build homes in Delmar, New York. That hands-on experience sparked a lifelong interest in thoughtful, functional design.
With more than 20 years in the industry, Krista brings a diverse portfolio spanning residential, corporate interiors, technology, and retail. She has contributed to projects for leading organizations including Google, Bank of America, TD Bank, Pearson Education, Drexel University, Binghamton University and Stonehill College. In 2021, she was recognized as a Cape & Plymouth Business 40 Under 40 honoree.
Outside of her professional work, Krista is an avid DIYer and creative at heart. Whether she’s knitting, gardening, crafting, or exploring, homesteading and camping with her family, she brings the same curiosity and care to her personal projects as she does to her design work.

Josefina Busca Sust

Architectural Designer

Josefina is an Architectural Designer originally from Argentina, where her passion for artistic expression evolved into a focus on Architecture and Design. She has over five years of experience working on residential, commercial, and urban projects in both Argentina and the USA. In her free time, Josefina enjoys creating art with various mediums and playing and coaching field hockey.

James Meinecke

Senior Architectural Designer

James has over 20 years of experience in developing, rehabilitating, renovating, preserving, and restoring historic structures. His love of old buildings began with the Mohasco Mill in Amsterdam NY, where he spent his high school years working for his grandfather to renovate and build out factory space.

After completing his Bachelor of Architecture degree in Rhode Island, he gained experience in both design and construction, then spent five years working on high profile historic district projects encompassing academic, religious, residential and commercial clients in Newport.

James then relocated from Massachusetts to work with Phillips Exeter Academy on large-scale campus historic restoration work. For the past two years, James has worked with Independent Design, developing the firm’s practice and planning divisions. He provides consulting and design services including project management, architectural design-build, accessibility solutions, historic preservation, casework, and life safety code support.

Kendra Preteroti

Senior Interior Designer

NCIDQ, LEED AP

Kendra has a vast experience in corporate interiors. Her eye for finishes and design aspects is impressive. She has worked with the owner of KR for over a decade. When not developing her incredible designs, she is running her two kids around to all their activities and working for the an online digital platform for furniture inspiration and sourcing Hello Raye managing strategic partnerships leads, information accuracy and market positioning. Her hobbies include reading and going on grand adventures with her husband, Anthony (director of Operations at R.W. Sullivan Engineering) and her kids.

Vitaliia Basteri

Architectural Designer

Living it up in North Carolina, this mom of one loves jumping in feet first to anything we throw at her. She has 3+ years of experience pulling together production documents for a range of project types such as Verizon, Boston Properties, Marsh McLennan, and residential design. Her hobbies include driving her kid around, sleeping, healthy living, hiking, baking & running her other business Taliias Treats.

Robert Manna

Technology Director

Some of us think this guy is the best Dad ever but we may be biased. Not only does he do an amazing job at his day job working for dRofus, he is also on several boards, runs AV for his church and our very own technology guru. His hobbies include skiing, swimming, biking, and cutting firewood to heat his home; whatever he can do to keep himself on the move.

Jon Foster

Senior Architectural Designer

Jon is a residential framing expert. His knowledge & experience is vast. Not only does he do design, he also works as a contractor building projects for his clients. He has a keen eye on details and always pushes to make sure things are done right.
