Natalia Dengra

Project Manager / Architectural Designer

Natalia is an Architectural Designer and Project Manager originally from Argentina, with more than seven years of experience supporting residential, commercial, education, and healthcare projects across Argentina, the UK, and the United States. She brings a thoughtful, well-rounded approach to her work, along with a strong ability to coordinate projects with care and attention to detail.
Passionate about passive-house design and green building practices, Natalia is committed to creating spaces that are both functional and sustainable. She is also highly organized and values clear communication, which helps her keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.
Outside of work, Natalia enjoys traveling, photography, pasta, and creative art and craft projects with her son. She brings the same curiosity and creativity she enjoys in her personal life to her work, finding inspiration in the way people live, connect, and experience the spaces around them.

Krista Manna

CEO / Owner / Architect / Designer / Real Estate Investor

Krista is a passionate designer, maker, and mom of two whose love for creating spaces began early—helping her grandfather build homes in Delmar, New York. That hands-on experience sparked a lifelong interest in thoughtful, functional design.
With more than 20 years in the industry, Krista brings a diverse portfolio spanning residential, corporate interiors, technology, and retail. She has contributed to projects for leading organizations including Google, Bank of America, TD Bank, Pearson Education, Drexel University, Binghamton University and Stonehill College. In 2021, she was recognized as a Cape & Plymouth Business 40 Under 40 honoree.
Outside of her professional work, Krista is an avid DIYer and creative at heart. Whether she’s knitting, gardening, crafting, or exploring, homesteading and camping with her family, she brings the same curiosity and care to her personal projects as she does to her design work.

Krista Babinowich

Architectural Designer

Krista is a designer and mother of two based in Central New Jersey, with a background in architecture, project management, and consulting. Before becoming a parent, she spent several years at a mid-sized New York City architecture firm, contributing to commercial interiors projects from concept through completion. This experience shaped her strengths in design thinking, organization, and managing complex projects in fast-paced environments.
More recently, Krista has contributed to volunteer and pro bono design projects while consulting part-time for a technology company in the home services industry. Across each role, she brings a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, clear communication, adaptability, and a strong commitment to quality. Outside of work, Krista volunteers with the PTA and Girl Scouts and enjoys cheering from the bleachers at little league games, playing board games, and painting.
Krista is especially excited to bring her experience to residential design, where she can combine her passion for thoughtful, functional spaces with her collaborative and detail-oriented approach.

Technology Director

Some of us think this guy is the best Dad ever but we may be biased. Not only does he do an amazing job at his day job working for dRofus, he is also on several boards, runs AV for his church and our very own technology guru. His hobbies include skiing, swimming, biking, and cutting firewood to heat his home; whatever he can do to keep himself on the move.

Kendra Preteroti

Kendra has a vast experience in corporate interiors. Her eye for finishes and design aspects is impressive. She has worked with the owner of KR for over a decade. When not developing her incredible designs, she is running her two kids around to all their activities and working for the an online digital platform for furniture inspiration and sourcing Hello Raye managing strategic partnerships leads, information accuracy and market positioning. Her hobbies include reading and going on grand adventures with her husband, Anthony (director of Operations at R.W. Sullivan Engineering) and her kids.
