We designed this one-of-a-kind space to seamlessly combine hair and spa services, a café/coffee shop, retail area, and a wellness/yoga studio. This unique project presented a complex challenge, but the result is a cohesive environment that reflects the brand’s identity throughout every element.

We completed a full interior renovation design, which included updating all finishes, reconfiguring the floor plan, and installing a new ceiling. The client's brand was thoughtfully integrated throughout the space to create a cohesive and unified environment.

Existing Conditions Survey

We successfully added additional spray rooms for the studio, working around challenging existing conditions. The project required and received extensive coordination with the interior designer to ensure a seamless integration.

Emery Contracting

We were contracted to design plans for an office & a first floor apartment mixed use building.

We designed the interior equipment and space layout for their retail space.

We designed a dormer addition to allow an apartment (ADU) to be located on the top floor.

Our client was expanding into an adjacent space to grow into a full-service convenience store. We provided comprehensive architectural services to support the transformation.

Physical Therapy Office

We developed a test-fit plan as part of a pricing exercise for a medical physical therapy office specializing in care for high-performance athletes and professionals in physically demanding roles, such as EMTs, police officers, and nurses.

Cannabarn

We provided full architectural and interior design services for their local retail location. Inspired by the building’s distinctive barn-like structure, we infused the space with a warm, modern, farm-to-table aesthetic that reflects the brand’s identity.

Calvary Light Church

Interior fit-out and change of use within an existing commercial building, with full Construction Administration services provided throughout the project.
