Wrentham

At the Wrentham Housing Authority, KR Architecture and Design supported accessibility improvements designed to make daily circulation easier and more independent for residents. Existing doors within ADA units were upgraded with ADA-compliant closers and automatic door openers, reducing the physical effort required to enter and exit the units.

The project also included replacement of the community room’s front entry door with a more accessible configuration for tenant use. Together, these improvements enhance ease of access, support safer navigation, and create a more welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
