KR Architecture and Design has completed several projects for the Mansfield Housing Authority, supporting practical upgrades while keeping residents’ daily needs at the center of the construction process. One project involved the replacement of 30 doors across multiple occupied units, requiring careful tenant coordination and scheduling to minimize disruption and ensure each installation could be completed efficiently.

We also designed a two-bathroom renovation project in which each bathroom was renovated separately, allowing tenants to maintain access to a functioning bathroom throughout construction. By phasing the work carefully and coordinating closely with the Housing Authority and residents, the project improved the condition and functionality of the units while supporting a smooth, respectful construction experience.
