KR Architecture and Interiors has delivered several projects for the Mansfield Housing Authority, pairing practical upgrades with a resident-first approach to construction.

In one project, the team replaced 30 doors across multiple occupied units — coordinating closely with tenants to schedule work efficiently and keep disruption to a minimum.

In another, a two-bathroom renovation was phased so each bathroom was completed separately, ensuring tenants always had access to a working bathroom. Close coordination with the Housing Authority and residents kept the project on track, improving each unit's condition and functionality while delivering a smooth, respectful experience for everyone involved.
