East Bridgewater

This renovation for the East Bridgewater Housing Authority focused on improving the bathroom’s durability, comfort, and day-to-day functionality. The existing bathroom was fully gutted and rebuilt with updated finishes and fixtures, including a new tub and surround, vanity, lighting, and replacement window with new trim.

To help address moisture concerns, humidistat-controlled exhaust fans were incorporated to provide ventilation when humidity levels rise. The project also included renovations to the kitchen ceiling, completing a targeted upgrade that refreshed key areas of the unit while supporting a cleaner, more resilient home environment.
