For this client-owned property, KR Architecture and Interiors created a speculative retail concept to show buyers and developers exactly what the site could become. Instead of presenting an empty, underused space, we gave it a vision — a clear picture of how it could be repositioned as a retail destination worth investing in.

We developed conceptual floor plans and renderings showing potential tenant layouts, circulation, storefront presence, and overall building character — turning the property into a real marketing tool the client could use to help buyers see the opportunity, not just the potential.
